Goolma Ltd operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort and is based in the Yasawa Islands. Our resorts have talented teams and we are looking to enhance this with other like minded individuals who share a passion for tourism and guest satisfaction.

We are looking for suitably qualified applicants for the following role to join our Island team.

Skills/Qualifications Required

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across the resort.
• Diagnose and fix issues using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Relevant plumbing qualifications.
• 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, safety adherence, and teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to island living.

This is an on-site live-in role with shared accommodation.
