Job Description

This is a Supervisor/Team Leader position. It is for night shift work and the hours may vary. The hours will be based from mid- week and the weekends. Looking for someone who lives in Suva area and have reliable transport. Assign employees' tasks to make sure work are done according to Company rules and address performance issues.  Resolve issues and report to Management. Oversee the employees' work ethics. Handle guests issue. Check premises. 

Skills/Qualifications Required

• Be computer and software savvy
• Ability to address conflicts
• Ability to handle guests keeping mind of different customs and customs. 
• Prioritize tasks and manage workloads
• Have strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Have at least two years working as a supervisor. 
• Meet and/or exceed production/sales goals
• Ability to delegate tasks, promote positive work environment. 
• Provide feedback to management. 
• Bring new ideas on the table to grow company
