Goolma Ltd is currently seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of:

Resort Nurse.

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time, certified nurse to bring their expertise to a unique and rewarding setting at our award-winning resorts in the beautiful Yasawa Islands. You'll have the chance to combine your clinical skills with the dynamic environment of the tourism industry.

About the Role:

As our Resort Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide medical care and support to both guests and staff. This includes treating minor illnesses and injuries, monitoring general wellbeing, and ensuring proper first aid procedures are in place.

You’ll also be involved in community outreach efforts, supporting local villages connected to our resorts, and keeping resort staff up-to-date with essential first aid training.

This is a roster-based position: 24 days on, followed by 8 days off.
You’ll be based at Paradise Cove Resort on Naukacuvu Island, but may be required to support our sister resorts as needed.

During quieter periods, there will be opportunities to assist other departments in guest-facing roles, offering you a broader perspective of resort operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

We're looking for someone friendly, approachable, and confident in working with people from diverse backgrounds — from international guests to local communities.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong references from previous employers
• Certification to perform PCR and rapid antigen COVID-19 testing
• A clean police record
• A history of professional conduct and reliability
• A recognised nursing qualification and valid certification
