Job Description

Ensure guest privacy, safety, and comfort at all times.

Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to deliver seamless service.

Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with discretion and efficiency.

Ensure tents, villas, or guest spaces are cleaned, maintained, and aligned with guest preferences.

Coordinate daily schedules, excursions, and island experiences (e.g., private dinners, snorkeling trips, or spa services).

Handle luggage, unpacking/packing assistance, and special room preparations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests throughout their stay.

Welcome guests upon arrival and manage personalized check-in and check-out services.

Skills/Qualifications Required

Physically fit and capable of working in an outdoor, tropical setting.

Proficient in English (additional language skills are an advantage).

Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote island environment.

High level of discretion, etiquette, and professionalism.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2–3 years of experience as a butler or in a similar luxury hospitality role.

First Aid and safety awareness.
