🧭 About the Role:

As a Reservations & Communication Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests — making you a vital part of the guest experience from the very beginning.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold billing policies and maintain reservation accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for smooth guest service
  • Ensure guest profiles and billing information are updated accurately
  • Manage third-party bookings (OTAs, wholesalers)
  • Handle guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with Seekom (training provided if needed)
  • Experience in resort reservations or front office is essential

 

📆 Working Conditions:

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • 7-day rotating roster – flexibility is a must
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
