Join the vibrant team behind Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, and Octopus Resort three of Fiji's leading island destinations. We are currently seeking a skilled and service-driven Bartender to join our team at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort.

 

🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for a bartender who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through excellent service and beautifully crafted beverages. This is a live-in island role with shared accommodation.

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Great personal presentation and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and a guest-first approach
  • Previous experience in a 5-star resort or hotel is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and floor service
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bartending or F&B service role
