We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Kids Club / Planet Trekkers Attendant to join our team at InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa. If you love working with children, creating meaningful, fun experiences, and being part of a world-class hospitality brand this is your moment!

 

👧🧒 What You’ll Do

Each day brings new adventures! You will:

  • Perform other duties as needed to enhance guest experience
  • Assist with program development, training, and reporting
  • Uphold safety protocols and Kids Club standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and create special moments for families
  • Support our exciting “Inspire Incredible” brand culture
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting facility through regular checks
  • Supervise toddlers and school-aged children with care and attentiveness
  • Lead and participate in fun, safe, and educational activities
  • Take and manage bookings for the Kids Club
  • Greet children and parents with warmth and enthusiasm

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A team player mindset with the ability to also work independently
  • A flexible schedule – available for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Outstanding time management and attention to detail
  • Experience – ideally 2+ years in a similar child-focused or guest service role in a 5-star setting
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
  • A valid full Fijian driver’s license (manual & automatic vehicles)
