đŸ§Œ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Every day will be dynamic, and your tasks will include:
  • Supporting general public area cleanliness including lobbies and F&B outlets
  • Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
  • Assisting with rollaway beds and cots as needed
  • Replenishing in-room amenities and supplies
  • Making beds, servicing allocated rooms, and preparing turndown service
  • Cleaning guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
  • Reporting maintenance issues to Engineering in a timely manner
  • Attending to guest requests in line with our IHG Clean Promise
  • Cleaning and organizing equipment rooms and pantries
  • Stocking service areas with towels, linen, and guest amenities

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • A team-player mindset and “can-do” attitude
  • Flexibility – available to work across a 7-day roster including weekends & public holidays
  • Physical stamina – this is a hands-on role, often involving moving linen trolleys up to 23kg
  • Experience in a housekeeping or similar role in a hotel setting
