👣 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Every day will bring something new, but you’ll mostly be:
  • Supporting guests with luggage and valet parking (as needed)
  • Acting quickly and calmly to identify and resolve concerns
  • Proactively anticipating guest needs and requests
  • Ensuring all guest-facing areas are pristine and presentable
  • Assisting with the setup and facilitation of daily resort activities
  • Offering personalized recommendations and local insights
  • Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
  • Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and positive energy

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently
  • A genuine passion for sharing Fijian culture and guest engagement
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality (preferably in a 5-star environment)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Group 2, 4, 5 & 6 licenses (essential)
  • A full Fijian driver’s license (manual and automatic)
