🌴 What You’ll Do

• As a Porter, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience from the moment they arrive:
• Deliver seamless service that exceeds expectations every time
• Act quickly on any safety hazards or guest concerns
• Recognize IHG One Rewards members, Ambassadors, and returning guests
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with speed and care
• Maintain pristine entrance and driveway areas
• Provide expert local insights and personalized recommendations
• Handle luggage and valet park guest vehicles
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for delivering top-tier hospitality
• Strong multitasking and time management ability
• Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Great attention to detail and a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years' experience in a guest services or front office role in a 5-star property
• Full Fijian driver’s license (manual & automatic) – Group 2, 4, 5 & 6 required
