🔪 Key Responsibilities

Mentor junior kitchen staff and support the Head Chef in daily operations

Uphold consistent quality in every dish served

Maintain impeccable food hygiene and kitchen standards

Assist with menu design, food costing, and inventory control

Prepare and plate fine-dining dishes using fresh, local ingredients

 

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for food, service, and creating unforgettable dining experiences
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • Calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, safety, and equipment
  • Culinary certification or relevant hands-on experience
  • Proven experience in a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar leadership role
