We're searching for a talented, passionate, and driven Bartender who is ready to deliver world-class experiences in one of Fiji’s most iconic hotels.

 

🍹 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Follow hotel safety and hygiene protocols at all times
  • Jump in to support your F&B team with ad-hoc duties as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, secure all alcohol, and keep bar equipment in top condition
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and guest safety
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring flawless service
  • Monitor inventory, garnishes, and bar supplies
  • Craft and serve a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Accurately take beverage and food orders, noting special requests and dietary needs
  • Warmly greet guests and assist with menu selections and recommendations

 

Skills/Qualifications Required

You’ll Need To Be:

  • Compliant – understand and follow all food handling and alcohol service laws
  • Articulate – fluent in English, warm and clear communicator
  • Flexible – willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experienced – confident in preparing drinks; bartending certification is a plus
  • Service-Oriented – friendly, professional, and guest-focused
  • Fit & Energetic – on your feet most of the day with bending, lifting, and moving up to 23kg
