🕐 Roster: 28 days on / 8 days off
📅 Start Date: Immediate start preferred

We are a boutique island resort on beautiful Kadavu Island, and we're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. If you have strong experience across all kitchen sections and love showcasing local flavors, this role is for you!

Skills/Qualifications Required

👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience across hot kitchen, cold prep, and pastry
✔️ Strong understanding of local, Asian, and Western fusion cuisine
✔️ Creative use of fresh local ingredients
✔️ High standards of food presentation and hygiene
✔️ Able to work independently in a remote resort environment
