🎯 About the Role

You’ll be one of the first to greet our guests and one of the last to say goodbye. Whether you’re guiding them to their rooms, offering local tips, or helping with luggage or parking, your goal is to make each guest feel valued and cared for setting the tone for their stay in paradise.

 

🏝 What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the team by being proactive and stepping in when needed

  • Reporting any hazards and responding to issues with efficiency and professionalism
  • Following brand standards for luggage service and valet operations
  • Keeping public areas (like the driveway and entrance) spotless and inviting
  • Assisting with luggage, valet parking, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
  • Providing helpful local insights and anticipating guest needs with thoughtful service
  • Recognizing returning guests and IHG One Rewards members with personalized greetings
  • Delivering warm, genuine welcomes and assisting guests with a range of services

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
  • Must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and stay organized
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
  • Previous guest service experience in a 5-star environment is a big plus
  • Comfortable driving both manual and automatic vehicles
  • A full, valid Fijian driver’s license, including classes 2, 4, 5, and 6
