We're searching for friendly, proactive, and professional individuals to join our guest services team and help create seamless, memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive.

 

✨ What You’ll Do:

  • Support colleagues and undertake additional duties as assigned by management
  • Identify and report hazards or safety concerns promptly
  • Record guest preferences and share insights with relevant teams to personalize their stay
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests efficiently, and help resolve any issues
  • Park guest vehicles safely and responsibly in the valet carpark
  • Ensure all driveways, entryways, and guest-facing areas are always pristine
  • Provide insightful, personalized recommendations about Fiji and local surroundings
  • Assist with luggage handling, valet parking, and guest arrivals/departures
  • Extend a warm welcome to all guests and acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning visitors

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What You’ll Bring:

  • A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently as needed
  • A flexible approach able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent communication skills approachable, polite, and easy to engage with
  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a front desk or guest services role, ideally in a 5-star resort
  • A valid Fijian Group 2, 4, 5 & 6 driver’s license (manual & automatic capability required)
