Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? Likuri Group is seeking a skilled and motivated General Manager to lead operations for both Likuri Island Resort, a 23-room boutique property, and Robinson Crusoe Island Tours.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing all aspects of resort and tour operations, including sales & marketing, guest services, food & beverage, rooms division, activities, events, and project management. We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on island environment and is committed to excellence, sustainability, and team development.

🔑 Key Requirements:

• Willingness to live on the island as required
• Familiarity with property management systems (RoomMaster preferred)
• Knowledge of online travel agents (OTAs) and ability to drive online sales
• Understanding of reservations and front office operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership with a focus on staff development and training
• Energetic, approachable personality with excellent English communication skills
• Proven experience coordinating weddings, events, and group functions
• A keen eye for interior design and attention to detail
• Familiarity with marine systems, including desalination units and generators
• Strong knowledge of working with wholesalers, FITs, inbound tour operators, and tour desks
• Minimum 5 years' experience with tourism activities or tour providers
• At least 5 years’ experience in hotel/resort management, ideally in a remote or island setting
