Are you passionate about creating seamless holiday experiences and delivering excellent customer service? Mantaray Island Resort is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservation Sales Officer to join our team at the Mainland Office in Denarau.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you’ll be the essential connection between our guests and their tropical island getaway turning inquiries into confirmed bookings while offering exceptional support throughout the process.

🧭 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Handling reservation-related admin tasks with accuracy and care
• Keeping current with resort pricing, specials, and offerings
• Upselling resort services and experiences to enhance guest stays
• Managing bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently
• Providing accurate resort details and helping guests choose the right accommodation and packages
• Promptly responding to phone, email, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required
• Familiarity with MYOB is an advantage
• A positive, proactive approach with a passion for guest satisfaction
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of OTAs (e.g., Booking.com) and travel wholesalers
• Proficient in reservation systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Previous experience in customer service or sales; tourism or hospitality experience is highly preferred
• High school diploma (a Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
