What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide general support across the office and assist with day-to-day coordination
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
  • Oversee front desk duties, including appointment scheduling and admin tasks
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and direct them to the right departments
  • Welcome guests, clients, and colleagues with a friendly and professional attitude

 

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • A polished, professional appearance, great timekeeping, and a can-do attitude
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support position
  • Qualification or certification in Front Desk Management (mandatory)
