About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Hilton Denarau Island. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring our F&B outlets operate smoothly, achieve financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with Hilton brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:


✨ Leadership & Team Management

  • Coordinate training plans and performance development.
  • Ensure staff adherence to RSA rules and grooming standards.
  • Organize and attend pre-shift briefings and management meetings.
  • Lead by example and inspire exceptional team performance.

 

✨ Guest Experience

  • Foster rapport with regular guests and first-time visitors alike.
  • Monitor service speed and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure top-tier service is delivered at all times.

 

✨ Operational Excellence

  • Uphold safety standards and internal communication protocols.
  • Assist in other F&B outlets as needed.
  • Ensure accurate billing and financial controls.
  • Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and stock levels.

 

✨ Training & Development

  • Conduct regular team training sessions and monitor effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date training manuals and standards.
  • Onboard new team members and support their growth.

Skills/Qualifications Required

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in Food & Beverage management or supervision
✔ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Strong understanding of hospitality service standards
✔ Ability to manage under pressure and multi-task
✔ A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for service
✔ Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
🎓 Degree in Hospitality or related field
