We’re looking for a Houseman who shares our passion for hospitality and teamwork to help keep our housekeeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Manage housekeeping supplies by ordering, storing, and distributing items across all floors.Monitor inventory levels, check requisitions for accuracy, and report any shortages or discrepancies.Maintain detailed records of goods received and issued, preparing monthly reports for the Executive Housekeeper.Oversee minibar stock, conduct daily inventory checks, and coordinate with team members for smooth operations.Keep storerooms and linen rooms clean, organized, and well-maintained.Assist guests whenever needed and support housekeeping staff with their daily tasks.Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report maintenance issues promptly.Follow Hilton’s policies, safety standards, and code of conduct to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Skills/Qualifications Required

Who You Are:

A High School graduate with 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or inventory management, preferably with an international hotel chain.Comfortable with basic English to communicate effectively.Knowledgeable about housekeeping operations, cleaning chemicals, and cost control.Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks.Holds a valid Driver’s License.A team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
