Room Attendant

Job Description

Clean guest rooms and keep the floors tidy.Respect guests’ privacy while cleaning their rooms.Help guests and answer their questions with a smile.Replace used supplies in the rooms.Do turndown service when needed (prepare rooms for the night).Keep keys safe and keep your cleaning cart neat and full.Take care of cleaning tools and equipment.Keep the linen room clean and organized.Tell your supervisor if anything is broken or missing.Follow Hilton Fiji’s safety rules and guidelines.Work well with your team and other hotel staff.Help find lost items and solve guest problems politely.Tell guests about the hotel’s services and special offers.

Completed high school and some training in housekeeping.At least 1 year of experience cleaning rooms, preferably in hotels.Basic English skills to understand and communicate.Know how to clean rooms and use cleaning chemicals safely.Able to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Friendly, flexible, and ready to help guests have a great stay.
