As we prepare to open our doors, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our founding team.

🧼 About the Role

We’re hiring Housekeeping Attendants who take pride in creating clean, welcoming, and peaceful spaces for guests and staff alike. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our resort’s high standards — from fresh linens to spotless rooms — and help bring our vision of serene hospitality to life.

This is a chance to help set up housekeeping operations from the ground up and grow with us as we open to guests.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure every space reflects our brand values of peace, comfort, and beauty

Help organize and prepare housekeeping systems before the grand opening

Report maintenance issues or room concerns as they arise

Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols

Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding

Make beds, change linens, and restock room amenities

Keep guest villas, shared spaces, and staff areas clean and tidy

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Willingness to relocate and live on-site at the island (accommodation provided)

Adaptable mindset for a pre-opening, fast-moving environment

Ability to work well independently and in a team setting

Respectful, friendly attitude with a strong sense of responsibility

Great eye for detail and a love for clean, organized spaces

Housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is an advantage
